I just released a new version that should resolve this error, SPFileZilla2013. Give it a try and let me know if you run into trouble.

Hey, awesome work Bandrben!
The only issue I found with O365 is the 2MB limit with the CSOM upload. With the rest you can up to 2GB or something like that.

Can you try this solution on your app?

Cheers :)

Got it working myself with the source files on the page! :)
Just update the references with the .dlls from the Jun version of the app, and then in the SpComHelper.cs in the method UploadFileToSharePoint...
//add
ctx.RequestTimeout = 1000000; //or even bigger number, this was enough for me to upload 120MB file.
...
//fci.Content = System.IO.File.ReadAllBytes(filePath);
//change to this and rebuild
fci.ContentStream = System.IO.File.OpenRead(filePath);
Trying with even larger files now :)

I updated SPFileZilla with the latest changes you suggested to support uploading LARGE files to SPOnline. Thanks for the feedback and help!
